- Kim D. McKenna, MEd, RN, CEN, EMT-P, is the Director of Education for the St. Charles County Ambulance District and Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University, located in the metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri area. There she is primary instructor for the paramedic program, program director for the district’s emergency medical technician programs, and leads a training staff that provides education for district paramedics and for firefighters and emergency personnel within St. Charles County.
